KS1 Trip to Eyam

We have had a fabulous day out!
The weather has finally smiled on us with the sun shining and no hint of rain.The children have been to Eyam church and learnt about the plague and walked to the boundary stone where the villagers left money soaked in vinegar to pay for food that was brought to the stone by the villagers in Stoney Middleton.

The children’s behaviour has been exemplary and we couldn’t be prouder.
