The lesson will involve getting up on your feet and measuring your heart rate before and after exercising. Our guest will then tell us how much exercise we should do everyday - you might be in for a shock! To finish the lesson, we will be creating our own exercise timetable which we can use in school to help us stick to exercising regularly!

1:40-2:25: Art
We miss your lovely faces! Today your task is to draw a self portait (just your head and shoulders) in your sketch book. Watch the video below and pause after each step. Press very lightly at first and then go over a little firmer once you are happy with the size shape and placement of your features.
You will need a pencil, your sketch book and a mirror.

2:30- Log on to Teams for your MATHS INPUT
Complete the Times table Probes, Related Facts, and Arithmetic Slides in your Maths Jotters just like we do in class and mark them using the Answer slides.
Then complete the pages in your Power Maths text book that your teacher has asked you to do. Answers to these questions can also be found on the Maths slides.
Remember to send a message or email to the teacher completing the Remote Learning if you need any more help or support.
