-Write the long date neatly in your pink English books and underline it with a ruler. Thursday 4th February.

-Don't forget that tomorrow we will be writing our new story called 'Man on Mars (A Day in the Life of Billy)'.

-Today we are going to plan it out. We are going to use a storyboard to do that.

-Think of what you decided Billy's jobs would be yesterday.

-Now draw and label pictures to show what will happen in your story. You can label your pictures with important vocabulary that you plan to include in your story tomorrow.

-If you would like a challenge, try and label your pictures with ambitious vocabulary.

Maths Task (1:35 - 2:30pm)

Today you will not be working in your Power Maths book, instead you will be working in your blue maths journal. Listen to Mrs Ball as she teaches you about division. Complete the division number sentences below using the sharing method. When you have finished, send some photos of your work to Mrs Ball so that she can give you some feedback. If you finish Power Maths and fancy a challenge, have a go at the task below in your maths journal.
