Today we will be writing a recount to explain the events of Apollo 11. Remember to include correct punctuation, sensible finger spaces, time adverbials, coordination, subordination and use your best cursive handwriting. You need to make sure that you include all the details of what happened in Apollo 11 (not just that the spacecraft took off and landed on the Moon). Remember to write as much as you can, just like we do in school. If you have a printer, you can print the checklist below to stick in your English book. If not, write the long date and underline it with a ruler and remember to include the things on your checklist. Choose the silver checklist. If you would like a challenge, choose the gold checklist. If you would like more support, choose the bronze checklist and use the pictures to help you remember what happened.
